Hello, this is the DAR Association, a volunteer organization that helps people in difficult situations in Spain. We've been working since 2016, and in that time we've launched dozens of big and small projects, built a close-knit community, and learned how to be as effective as possible in the Spanish reality.

You can always join us: all it takes is a desire to help and a willingness to invest your time in caring for those who are having a hard time.
More than 600 Spanish families were helped, and we built the entire volunteer system from scratch in a matter of days. The community that was formed is probably the main outcome of the project, and we are as proud of it as we are of the reactions of our beneficiaries. It was our attentive, persistent and hard-working volunteers who made possible the ambitious plan to help everyone who came forward. The temporary quarantine project has become a permanent system of targeted assistance, and you can join in.
During the 2020 spring lockdown, the association launched one of its most significant projects "Todo bien!". Our volunteers brought food, medicine, baby food and hygiene products, basic necessities that are suddenly out of reach for people who become unemployed in a foreign country.

Participants of the project - friends of DAR - support us informationally: they post information on their pages, hang posters with information about the Association and a QR-code leading to our resources.
